I have an immediate need of a two or three bedroom apartment or home for rent that is also small dog friendly (15lb Dachshund / Chihuahua mix). The problem I am having is coming up with the entire first last and security deposits, ranging from $2700 to $3000, that most landlords expect – and is certainly understandable. But since I have other living expenses and obligations, getting these funds immediately is difficult.

I could well afford to pay extra toward my rent to make up the difference for the deposits if someone would be willing to work with me. I promise you that I am a VERY hard working, quiet professional woman. Since my need is fairly immediate, saving this kind of money would take me a few months that I don’t really have. Living in the home would be me (and temporarily) my 23 year old daughter and 16 month old granddaughter.

I know this isn’t much to go on but if there is anyway someone would be willing to work with me I would be very grateful. Rest assured your assistance would not be a wasted effort.

I am only looking in the Agawam, Chicopee, West Springfield, Springfield, Ludlow areas. Rent I can afford would be up to $1000 a month not including deposits.
